Lovely Vintage D. Porthault Flax Linen Placemats.
Floral wreaths in red, pink and blue on a neutral sand colored background. Rectangular hemstitched design near the edge and finished with the signature Porthault hand-stitched scalloped edge.
In good condition. No holes or stains. One placemat has a corner area where the fabric has pulled away from the scalloped edge. See second from last photo --how the area looks from the front. Last photo see separation from the back side. The other placemat has what appears to be a pull. See third from last photo. Still present beautifully. Hand-laundered and pressed.
Placemats measures approx. 18" X 14"
