Sweet Vintage Bird Whistle, Royal Copenhagen, Mid-century Modern, Denmark, 1960s For Sale

I’m not sure whether these sweet little porcelain whistles were intended to call us to dinner, or not. Whatever this Tenera Fajance porclean bird whistle was part of the Royal Copenhagen works mid- century modern design line. It is signed by Kari Christensen, the designer. The colors are deep cobalt blue and brown on a pale blue ground.
