new in box. I only removed cord and power box to test to ensure all parts are working properly. Fully functional with lights, sounds, and motion. Power cord and an on/off switch on box. Cord has some white stuck on it from the sytrofoam it is stored in as seen in photos. Box has some signs of wear including scuffs/acrapes/wear to edges.
