It was difficult to date this card as there is no publisher listed. My best guess (generously) is pre-1950s, probably between 1900s - 1930s because of the printing method used. Collotype was the first form of photolithography. It\'s a printing process that is rarely used today. It was primarily used during 1870s - 1920s.
