Phone has some patina. There is significant patina under the rotary dial on one side. The rotary dial does function, but moves slowly. It could use a good cleaning. Also, some of the numbers have rubbed off. The placard is missing off of the front.Overall it's a very cool looking collector piece and would be a great conversation piece.
