There seems to be a number of states with a city named Byron, so some research may be necessary to ID club.There is a Byron, CA and photo as taken at M. Noe, Photo, Brentwood, Cal. Also that is assuming that Byron is the name of a city rather than another entity. Also, as he is identified as being 17 years old this may represent a high school or other youth baseball league. Will be an interesting research project.
The tie pin at his throat, although difficult to see without magnification, appears to be a type tuba or other wind instrument.
