Here we have a vintage Vietnam era sterling silver hill shenstone cigarette case in excellent condition for its age . It was a presentation piece from a royal Thailand field Marshall S dhanarafata to one LT Richard h deverraux . It’s dated feb 1960 so that puts it around Vietnam era .
