RARE Olszewski Gallery of Light Box Thomas Kinkade "The Good Life" STUNNING:

This is an extremely hard to find Gallery of Light box. "The Good Life" painting by the late Thomas Kinkade, has been created into a three-dimensional, resin vignette by renowned miniature artist, Robert Olszewski, in 2008 for Enesco. At that time, Enesco produced pieces for distribution through high-end retailers. Olszewski no longer creates for Enesco. Although an Open Edition, reportedly only 150 of these collectible Painter of Light boxes were released for purchase. The lustrous gold frame has a leaf on the lower right that is the light switch for the LED light. The light should not burn out, unless left on 24 hours, 7 days a week for 3-1/2 years.
"The Good Life" is a stunning artwork, depicting a man fishing in a lake surrounded by lush forests with a cozy cottage in the background. This vignette is resplendent in autumn hues and is imbued with an innate tranquility that resonates in the heart. When referring to the particular painting that inspired Olszewski's 3-D creation, Thomas Kinkade once recalled, "I identify with the fisherman, who lives in a profound harmony with nature and receives its gifts with humble gratitude. Towering peaks embrace the valley. I imagine that my wife and daughters are safely tucked away within, enjoying the pleasures of domesticity, as they await my return with the evening catch. Alone with my family, safe, peacefully savoring the glories of God's creation -that is my image of The Good Life."
Excellent, preowned condition with minimal cosmetic wear. The box measures 3-7/3" tall x 4-3/8" wide x 3-5/8" deep. It can be displayed on a shelf or hung on a wall by its affixed hanger. Requires 3 AAA batteries, not included, for it to light. Battery compartment remains uncorroded.
