1880’s to 1890’s Ed Crane published P E Chillman of Philly. Likely a road trip card. Possibly post baseball. Crane was said to have wandered after his skills waited. It is disputed whether Crane committed suicide in 1896. Crane was the first MLB pitcher to strike out four batters in one inning. Crane played in the National League, American Association, Union Association and Players League. 1891 American Association era champ. Card is a little less than 5 by 7 inch in size. Stains, toning and wear. Likely an ex press photo judging by the paper loss on the back. Looks like some kind of labeling was removed, I’ve had and have a few like this. Feel free to ask questions.
