Salter1944 War Yearbook for Seabees CBD 1029FIRST: a 96 page "yearbook" of the U.S. Naval Construction Battalion Detachment 1029. The book is titled, The Ten Twenty Niner. It essentially is the WWII history of this detachment and includes photos, drawings and text. It has a wartime date of late 1944 and was edited in the New Hebrides and printed in Auckland, New Zealand. Condition is good - all pages and spine intact.
