Vintage Wahl Eversharp 18K Solid Gold Mechanical Pencil 1920s For Sale

This vintage Wahl Eversharp pencil is in excellent condition for over 100 years old!

This stunning piece was crafted in the 1920s of solid 18K gold as marked on the top. (See Photos). Although it is from that time period, it boasts an etched body that has an art nouveau style design. Etched along the entire body of the pen are beautiful flowers and flourishes. There is an open space that has been monogrammed with \"H.K.P.\" in a script style.

There is a scratch on the very top of the pen where you turn to advance the lead (see photos).

The entire pencil measures 5 1/8\" long and 1/3\" wide. It pulls open to reveal a lead loading mechanism. (This part is not gold).

The piece weighs 20 grams, but only the case is 18K Solid Gold - the mechanisms inside add to the weight.

There is some pencil lead inside, but I don\'t know the size.
