This vintage enamel pin is from 1987. The pin reads New Beginnings, Moses Lake Washington, State Rally, Retread, 40+, URMCI 1987. I have 2 of these vintage pins, each is for sale. They are in excellent condition. The purchase includes only one pin. They are very large and substantial, measuring 2 inches by 1.5 inches (2”x1.5”). The pin backing is a twist on backing.
