Rare 2012 North Carolina "PERMANENT" Aluminum License Plate in Very Good Condition! No dings, creases, or bends, bolt wear is normal except heavy on the upper left bolt hole with rust stains from the bolt! Embossed everything several numbers have some nicks, but I think there's a chance the numbers could've been repainted, at least I wouldn't rule it out. I don't know the meaning of the numbers on the back.
The NC. silver and black permanent plates were changed to orange and black in 2012, so I really don't know the actual age of this plate, I can only say it is not newer than 2012. Lays flat with no warpage, looks good! (see pics for condition) over 3 years of age, and a great collectable!
