Thanks for looking! This is a Bandai DX series RX-78-2 Gundam soft vinyl (aka "sofubi") figure. This mimics an old-school retro-looking sculpt and size, similar to the likes of sofubi figures from Denjin, Banpresto, etc. This was a P-Bandai webshop exclusive so wasn't available through typical retail channels.
This is different (much bigger) than the "Sofubi Suits" series that sell elsewhere for ~$20 a piece; those are much smaller, each figure is probably half the size of a palm.
It is brand new and boxed and comes from a smoke-free home.
I cannot paste links into an listing but if you Google around you will see various photos and reviews that can give you a feel for how big the actual figure is. I'm not a modeler but I'd say it's between 1:144 and 1:100, probably around 20cm.
