Original 1938 Chevrolet Trunk Emblem Badge Ornament Chevy Ternstedt Hot Rat Rod For Sale

An original Chevrolet trunk emblem that I believe fits ‘Master’ model vehicles manufactured in the year 1938. I’m not certain of the application or which specific car model(s) or the exact year(s) it was used and so please, before offerding, make sure it’s the part you need for your project or collection.

Overall, the emblem is in very good condition and looks good in display. It is straight - not bent, broken or repaired. A good solid part.

The chrome finish does show some flaking over much of the emblem but few, if any, ‘pits’ reachIng into the underlying metal. It also shows some light scratches here and there. Nevertheless, still a great looking original 1938 Chevy trunk emblem.

The original mounting hardware is present. The threads work fine. The emblem is marked on back with the Ternstedt casting stamp and the part # T-14291. The emblem measures 158mm tall & 49mm wide.
