Original Owner of this Hummel, #15/I is titled "Hear Ye, Hear Ye" and features a boy blowing a horn, holding a sickle & lantern.
According to the Hummel Guide for Collectors this edition stand 6 1/8" tall. But, I think it is more like 5 3/4" tall.
The base diameter is approximately 2 3/4".
Trademark 6--1979-1990
Only crazing is out of sight and on the bottom of the base.
