This listing is for a Hallmark centerpiece that is listed as a \"keepsake\". It is really stunning when assembled! The package is open, and the centerpiece has been lightly used, with no damage. The ribbon has some creases, and would be better replaced, although it can be ironed with a warm iron. All of the bracket pieces are good, and it will stand really well. There are 3 clips that are original, along with 2 very small die cuts for the top part. I have included a red paper clip, just in case you need one more. I believe that the 3 that are there are all that was in the pack originally. The colors are really bright, as it was originally. It can be dated to the 1970\'s, based on a few features - the zip code, the price, and no UPC code. It\'s not before late 1960\'s, as it has a zip code. By the 1980\'s the prices had increased. And by the late 1980\'s early 1990s there would be a UPC code on the envelope. It is really beautiful, and if you like Valentine displays, it would be a great piece to include.
