This Rare find was donated to a fundraiser for sale. It is in a cheap metal frame with a paper wrapped and taped on cardboard for a matte (the paper you see on the back is not the actual artwork). Vic Armstrong was known for his Bevo and UT Tower drawing done in 1970. This piece is dated 1977. This print is quite unique and we have not found similar drawings for sale elsewhere in our research for this Artist.
