What happens if I am not at home when myparcel is delivered?
All parcelsrequire a signature on arrival. If you are not available to sign for a parcelthe postman may attempt to leave your parcel with a neighbour. If this is notan option then the parcel will be returned to your local delivery depot. Thelocation of this will be advised on a ‘we missed you’ card. Any item left atthe courier depot for longer than 14 days without being collected willnaturally be returned to sender, resulting in an extra postage charge beingapplicable for the buyer.
