This historical NASA (not a copy) Apollo 15 \"Final\" Flight Plan is from my own personnel files. It includes the July 12, 20 and 22 updates. The update changes to the flight plan are a little hard to follow, they are against the June 21, 1971 issue even through the cover is dated July 12, 1971. July 20 and 22 changes are noted on the \"List of Effective Pages\" i - v. Also, included are some items that were added to the back of the flight plan (33 pages). The pen and ink changes are made in red (July 20) and blue (July 22) pencil. Some entries exist in plain pencil. This Flight Plan was used during the mission at a prime contractor mission support room. This forth Lunar Apollo mission landed at Hadley Rille, staying 67 hours. Apollo Scientific Instrument Module (SIM) and the Lunar Rover were first used on this mission.
It measures 8 X 10 inches and is in good condition, with some written notes and a few pages with rough edges. Complete and clean inside (see photos).
