This is an amazing issue of Fantastic Four #165, graded 9.6 Near Mint+ by Certified Guaranty Company (CGC). The comic book features the iconic superhero team of Fantastic Four, including The Thing, Invisible Woman, and Mister Fantastic. It was published by Marvel Comics in 1975 and belongs to the Bronze Age (1970-83) era of US Comics.

The CGC slab has a small crack on the left edge, which I have tried to capture in the third photo. Besides that, it has the typical scratches and scuffs associated with an older slab.
