A heavy hand-made plate from Siena, Italy. As can be noted in photos, it is in excellent condition. There is detail to this 14th century gentleman's features, face, and attire, and to his magnificent horse which he rides with a smile. The gentleman, the horse, and the embossed rim are raised. This plate is ready for hanging or can be used on your table. The background is a navy blue; the rider and horse are wearing yellow and blue; his cap is brown with white. Hand wash and dry only.
