You are offerding on a set of three (3) Grumman OV-1 Mohawks. This set is a once in a life time opportunity to find all three of these together. These Vintage Vietnam Contractor Desk Display Models were made by Topping/Precise and given to those of us who flew and worked on the Widow Maker.

History of this airplanes modeled:

57-6463 This service test aircraft carried the flight test scheme of overall gloss white with red trim, black lettering and US Navy Propellerwarningstripes during 1959 and into early 1960. This plane crashed over the Peconic River, NY on July 6, 1962.

59-2603 Was actually an armed version of the OV-1 Mohawk with thedesignationof JOV-1A. It was delivered to the United States Army inFebruaryof 1960 and was the first production Mohawk off the assembly line. This aircraft flew with the 23rd SWAD and crashed in 1963 at Vinh Long in the Republic of South Vietnam on December 11, 1963.

The Grey OV-1D is modeled in the last paintscheme used by the United States Army and wasdecommissionedin 1996. Many of the 320 planes originally built still fly today both in museums as well as in Argentina\'s Army as an armedreconnaissance platform.

These models are from my personal collection which has been kept in my home that is smoke free.
