These straps were originally designed for the C46 and C47 and possibly other aircraft used as Air ambulances to support stretchers inside the airframe.. Most of these straps appear to be dated in the early to mid 50\'s and a lot are marked Douglas.. The straps themselves might not be useful to you but each strap has 6 pieces of Aircraft grade hardware on them 4 locking buckles one rectangular bar type buckle and a small snap hook..
